The Service and Your Account

What We Do About It

We don't watch what you cook, but we look into problems we find or that are reported to us. Depending on how serious it is, we may warn you, remove content, pause features, end a family seat or a free trial, or suspend or close the account, and where the law asks, report it to the authorities. We'll tell you why when we reasonably can, and you can write to us if you think we got it wrong. Serious or repeated breaks may mean closing the account straight away, without a refund except as the Refund Policy says.

Reporting a Problem

If you see something on Gusteau that breaks these rules, such as a shared recipe or board, write to support@trygusteau.com with a link and what's wrong. For copyright, follow the Copyright Policy.
