No problem. On the Sign In page, choose to get a code by email instead. Type in the 6-digit code we send and you're in.

Then open your Dashboard and set a new password. Right after signing in with a code you won't need the old one.

Codes come from noreply@trygusteau.com and usually take under a minute. Check your spam or junk folder, and make sure the email address is spelled right.

Each code works for 10 minutes. If it ran out, just ask for a new one.

Open your Dashboard and choose Manage Billing. You can cancel, change your card or see your invoices right there.

Your plan keeps working until the end of the time you've paid for, and then it stops renewing.

Open your Dashboard and choose Delete Account. To be sure it is really you, we ask you to type your email.

This cancels any subscription and deletes your account and everything saved to it. It can't be undone.

Gusteau is clever, but he can get things wrong. Open the recipe, tap Ask Gusteau and tell him what looks off, like "that oven seems too hot". He will fix it.

If a step looks unsafe, don't cook it. Email us the recipe link and we'll take a look. Always check ingredients yourself when someone has an allergy.

Your free week lasts 7 days and includes everything in Gusteau Starter, like 40 new recipes and 100 chats. You add a card to begin, and nothing is charged during the week. When it ends, Starter carries on, billed monthly, and the card is charged, unless you cancel first. I email you 2 days before. Want Pro instead? Pick it anytime during the week.

Each card gets one free week, and prepaid or virtual cards cannot start one. Try a different card, or pick a plan and start Gusteau Pro right away.

Yes. With Pro, invite up to 8 people from Your Family on your Dashboard: the first one is free and each one after is $5.99 a month. They cook on your plan and share a pantry, week plan, shopping list and Family Recipes board. On any plan you can also put recipes on a Recipe Board and invite people with a link, choosing whether each can just look, add their own recipes, edit, or help manage it.

Open your Dashboard and choose Give Gusteau Pro. Pick a month or a year, add a note, and either give their email (with the day to send it) or keep the link to hand over yourself. It's paid once and nothing renews. If they already pay for Gusteau, it becomes a credit on their bill.

Your Dashboard has a Refer a Friend link. A friend who starts through it gets two free weeks instead of one. Once they've paid for a little while, a month of your plan goes on your bill as a credit, up to 12 a year.
